Important Information for Applicants

Thanks for visiting Blood of Vengeance. Our application is fairly extensive but we feel that it gives us greater insight into each applicant while demonstrating that we take the application process seriously. The more information you volunteer about yourself while answering these questions, the smoother the application process will proceed. A few items before you start:

1. Please, please, please look at where we are before sending us in-game tells. If the guild is raiding, it is likely your tell will go unanswered. Outside of raiding hours, feel free to contact Furiousgeorg, Marsipan, or Nebuchadnezr with any questions.

2. Your application will be reviewed by the guild's leadership team after it is submitted. We try to get back to each applicant but sometimes this takes a long time so please be patient.

What is your playstyle?
healers - what rank heals do you use and why?
dps - what skills do you use and in what order?
Tanks - how do you feel you can best obtain and keep aggro?

Pushing end-game content is not for everyone.

There are nights, sometimes weeks at a time where you will bang your head against 1 encounter, spending hours farming consumables and gold to pay for repairs.

Do you understand that this level of commitment is required of BoV members?

We like to analyze the statistics of all our members and monitor to ensure they are within acceptable levels.

Please provide any media, (movies you have made, WWS reports, screenshots of meters) to help us better understand where you fall in our eyes and scale.

Part of end-game raiding is being able to take criticism well and build on these comments and critiques. Do you take offense easily when being told what to improve on and how to better your playstyle?

Lastly there are some encounters that require a lot of movement and frankly some people are better suited to this than others.

While this is not ruling you out as an applicant we would like to know the manner of which you play your toon. Are you a clicker? Or are you a keybinder?

(While there is no sure fire way to confirm this; it is made obvious on certain fights throughout the game.)
